Linville Luxury Homes was established in 2023 with a clear vision: to create thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes that reflect both luxury and livability. From the very beginning, we took a careful, methodical approach to building our company—streamlining systems, refining details, and laying the foundation for a business built on excellence.

Our primary focus is crafting luxury spec homes in and around the Lake James and Morganton area, with plans to expand into additional markets in the future. While spec homes remain at the heart of what we do, we also take on a select number of custom home projects each year. We intentionally limit the number of homes we build so that every project receives the attention, oversight, and commitment to quality that have become the foundation of Linville Luxury Homes. We believe every home should feel extraordinary. Whether we’re building a luxury spec home or partnering with a client on a custom build, our goal is the same: to create a home that is beautiful, functional, and built to stand the test of time.

Behind Linville Luxury Homes are husband-and-wife team Dusty and Lauren Davis. Dusty’s background includes seven years managing a world-renowned outdoor racetrack before serving as superintendent of new construction for a premier custom home builder, where he spent six years overseeing the construction of more than 30 fully custom homes ranging from $1–4 million. Having grown up racing competitively and competing in NASCAR at a young age, Dusty developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, organization, and preparation. He carries many of those lessons into the home building industry today, believing that success comes from strong processes, attention to detail, and surrounding yourself with the right team.
Lauren brings a strong background in estimating, design selections, and organization, ensuring that each home comes together seamlessly from concept to completion. Her experience working closely with clients through years of horse training, massage therapy, and business management has strengthened her appreciation for patience, communication, and problem-solving skills she brings to every project.

As licensed general contractors, both Dusty and Lauren are actively involved in every project from start to finish. Rather than relying solely on project managers, they personally oversee the construction process, working closely with trusted trades and suppliers to ensure each home meets their standards for quality and craftsmanship. For custom home clients, this hands-on approach allows them to remain personally involved throughout the entire building process, providing a level of communication, care, and attention to detail that reflects their standards from foundation to final walkthrough.

Together, their expertise spans scheduling, project coordination, quality assurance, and design. More importantly, they share a commitment to building homes that feel both special and functional—balancing thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and lasting value in every project they undertake.
